Floor press-up

Floor press-up is an effective exercise method that treats or prevents low back pain.

Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Lie on your stomach
  2. Place your arms by your chest
  3. Without contracting your butt muscles, lift your upper body up
  4. Try to fully extend your arms and keep your hips on the ground
